Site Information & Fees
We have a selection of both new and used caravans competitively priced starting from £7995.00. We will be pleased to show these caravans on your visit to the park.
The Site Licence Fee for 2012 season at Greenacres Caravan Park is £2,620.00 and at Sunny Sands Caravan Park is £2,720.00. The Season is from 1st March to 31st October, for an extra £320 you can opt-in to our extended season which runs from 1st November to 14th January.

Caravan holiday homes are designed for holiday & recreational use only and not for residential occupancy.
The Site Licence Fee Includes : The rent of a concrete base with grassed area adjacent, water & sewerage charges and environmental fees.

The extras are :
- SETTING UP - There is a charge of £250 made for setting up the caravan on a concrete base of your choice available at the time of purchase, and connecting it to the mains services, i.e. water sewerage and electricity supply.
- GAS - Gas connection charges may vary in price depending on the model of the caravan. They range from £155.00 upwards and this will be discussed upon purchase of the caravan. The current price of gas refills is £55.00, which includes delivery to your caravan.
- ELECTRICITY - The electricity is metered and billed annually.
- INSURANCE - We are able to provide caravan insurance please contact the office for a quotation.
